I can not agree with you, but your opinion is not far from mine. I think the reason democracy won everywhere, is that it allows better to imitate activity without doing anything and to have more power on people. Because the majority of people, I mean whose opinion has weight, are people who do not understand anything in politics, economy... it's not actually their business. So it is a good way to hide themselves. They say: "we give power to people", but actually they keep power. You know, I am actually sure that democracy can not work because people, I mean working people who build and maintain the country and the society have other things to do than to think about the political or economical direction the country would choose. But uh... what is actually your political point of view? Are you on the "parent" forum?
